Every Existence order is roasted or prepared fresh after you place your order. Crafted in small batches and shipped directly to you, each order is made to deliver peak freshness, quality, and consistency.

Free Shipping

Shipping is always free within the contiguous (continental) United States. No minimum purchase required.

Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the contiguous (continental) United States.

At this time, we do not ship to:

• Alaska

• Hawaii

• U.S. Territories

• APO/FPO addresses

• International destinations

Processing & Delivery

Day 1–2: Your order enters our production queue.

Day 2–5: Your coffee or tea is roasted or prepared, carefully packed, and handed off to the shipping carrier.

Day 6–9: Delivery to your door.

Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days, though shipping times may vary during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and carrier availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

If your tracking status shows "Pre-Shipment," your order is in production and awaiting carrier pickup. Tracking typically updates within 1–2 business days after the carrier receives your package.
